We had a wonderful experience in-store picking out furniture with the owner. The furniture is the best price in Ottawa for the quality. We upgraded to a king bed and mattress and we also purchased furniture for our small business. The top quality of the furniture and the excellent customer service are the reasons that we will be returning to this family owned and run business.

Unbelievable service! They go above and beyond for their customers, from the minute walked in to personal delivery because they didn't have a worker and instead of cancelling; the owners delivered it themselves! You don't get more dedication than that. Thank you for everything! The quality and price of the bunk beds and the mattresses were very fair! And gave me discount as a Veteran! Amazing family business! Keep up the amazing work guys!

Being a family owned business, we went to support the little guy, however, at the end of the day, a box store would have treated me better and helped us out. We spent $10,451 on a bedroom suite, and living room set, w the intention of moving into a rental that ended up scamming us and us with the above purchase and nowhere to fit it. Called the store, explained our situation, we were even ready to pay a restocking fee (box stores offer this). Owner, the wife, expressed she would try to help us out, however, the goodwill intention was never there Yes, it sucked to be us, and we were aware final sale, no refund, however, our circumstances were awful. The owner, the wife, indicated that she could try to resell the bedroom suite because it was sitting on the floor for awhile, the one we bought. After we told her our tragic story, she had a customer come in, who liked our set, she sold them our set and re ordered ours. She had a opportunity to do a human kindness for us and did not. I called back a few times, to see if any progress was made, and she was very short with me, spoke to me in a condescending tone, told me this transaction was difficult and she just wanted to get it over with. Wanted to get her boys, in and out of our house as fast as she could to get them outta there, to put this transaction behind her. I have never, in my life, received treatment like this from Leon's or The Brick. Her behavior towards me was deplorable. She said that I was making it hard for her and even when we first walked into the store, made derogatory remarks about people who live in Perth. Her husband is from Perth, I am from Perth and did not find it funny, yet laughed it off. The day of delivery, the husband and boys were lovely and accommodating, we chatted and laughed. The furniture that we paid for is inferior to other furniture I have purchased with regards to quality, speaking to bedroom suite. After seeing it setup, the drawers do not open or close properly or sit in properly. I am very disappointed in the purchase overall. The living room set is not comfortable at all. Morale of this story, pay the extra monies with a box store, my experience would have been better. Lovely husband and boys! The owner's wife, worst customer experience in my life. Lessons learned, won't be repeated.

It was such a pleasure to meet this family. I work in film and I have met a lot of people in the furniture world and hands down the best business and people I have met. I only had a certain amount in my budget and Nadia went above and beyond to meet my needs and more. I was at 3 other stores that sold the same table and chairs I needed and her price for the same thing was over 3000 dollars cheaper. They were even accommodating to my 9 and 7 year old kids who I needed to bring to work that day as it was a weekend. Overall 10 out of 10. I have and will continue to recommend this place to friends and family.
