Lastman's Bad Boy

Awful service. Ordered a stove 4 months ago, still no stove, no responses to questions. I ordered from them because they were $20 less than Home Depot, worst $20 I ever saved

Do not purchase items online through Lastman's Badboys. I have been waiting 2 months for a sofa set. I've called and emailed multiple times and have been offered no apology for the delay or offered any other options, just keep waiting. They also don't give refunds. I've never seen such terrible customer service.

****Edit ...as per response to google review I have sent yet another email. Will update upon response***** *** 2nd Edit.... Still have yet to be responded to by email....I called again yesterday and am supposed to hear about 1 item next week , the other item in may, I cannot stress how awful the customer service is, they are fine to talk to on phone but once they have your money all of there "high standards " are put out the window. Ended up buying online in February and was easy process, got a call fairly quickly and was told would receive delivery within 1-2 weeks, that the delivery company would reach out to schedule in near future. This is where it turned , never received a call from delivery. Sent 2-3 emails and never received a response other then auto generated. Decided to call and service guy was pleasant and said one time was in and the other he would look into what was up and give me a call back, that was four days ago. This review could change but at this point pretty disappointed.

CURRENT ALERTS FOR THIS BUSINESS.This is the first thing you will see posted on the Better Business Bureau site. Then you will see: ADDITIONAL COMPLAINT INFORMATION "Customer Complaint: Due to the volume of complaints received, BBB is publishing the details (text) of 25% of complaints as a representative sample". There are literally thousands of complaints re products and despicable service from sales people right up to the DM.E.Hecht.They will tell you whatever it takes, what they know you want to hear. If you can't stay away at least don't buy the Solid Gold Warranty that they will push down your throat. They do not honor it! It's a worthless money grab for them.If you still can't stay away, know that you were warned. You're welcome!
