        I had a really bad experience at the Structube branch in Barrhaven. The person in front desk was not helpful. I was looking for a specific item and wanted to see it in store, she was not willing to call her other branch to see if it is available instead told me I should call myself. I would not recommend this store to my friends and family. By also looking at the previous reviews it seems like I wont get the proper after sales services even though you have mentioned your company strives to provide quality services and products and the relevant comments would be forwarded to the relevant department. Guess it is not working at all and no point forwarding our reviews to the department. Seems like they are incompetent too.
