My husband and I came in a few weeks ago to look at a car and we were pleasantly surprised with the service we received. Mind you, every dealership interaction weve had in the past was either unpleasant or underwhelming, so to come here and received such an amazing service was not something we expected at all. Ounkar was very knowledgeable, helpful and overall a very pleasant person to interact with. We ended up purchasing that same day and his colleague Leo was also very helpful and personable. 5 Stars Would definitely recommend this dealership.

They try hard to make you happy, but could be more detail oriented for a 5 star experience. ***** Updated to one star. Went in for the recommended service which was stated as just an oil change. Specifically requested do not wash car and do not rotate the tires, both were done. Even after being washed/rinsed it arrived filthy with large dirt spots on the roof with water spots, and I just had it ceramic coated. Further the service advisor was to have the finance manager contact me, it's Thursday afternoon and that was Monday morning. Services beyond the recommended services by Infiniti online recommendation tool were recommend at this time vs future as per service intervals for vehicle. Vehicle promised for Wednesday delivery to my home was delayed until Thursday, and then due to extra services being done had to be taken back to dealership. Probably not gonna fill the tank for me with premium fuel to make up for the extra mileage and fuel burn, it's a half hour drive each way to the dealership. Haven't heard when car will be back now. Want to make me a not upset customer, return my car with a full tank of gas, clean, and with the tires where they were when I dropped it off. Want to make me a happy customer then do the recommended service which the finance manager told me was included when I paid $5,000 extra for this at purchase and have them contact me to sort this out for the future. I've spent around $200,000 in two years at your dealership and this is what I get. Frustrating and Insulting. Prior service experience involved bor performing a check that was requested, lack of contact back when promised. Prior service experience involved an upgrade from Infiniti being released and me receiving an upgrade invitation from Infiniti directly, Myers knew nothing about when I contacted them. Just seemed like they aren't on top of things in the service department. As for sales and finance I spend $5,000 for an all inclusive warranty and service package that seems to not include the dealer recommended services. Either I was lied to or dealership using two different standards one cheaper one for prepaid maintenance customers and one more extensive one for paying customers. Lesson learned not to trust these folks or prepay in the future - don't stand behind what they said.

In this current seller market for automobile the only thing that could make you happier (other than a nonnexisting discount) is how hard the sale person trying to make you happy. I was dealing with Wendi Liu there and I would say that he has exceeded my expectation for this transaction., and he did beyond what I consider to be helpful (and he managed to get a very easy to remember licence plate number after we asked him to try, and he did ). I would recommend him if u r looking for an Infiniti car in Ottawa. The general experience in the dealership is very good. U would expect all the extra stuffs they want you to get but they did explain them in details and not much pressure from them. The part dept guy (Omar) was very helpful when I enquired about parts and stuffs Not like u have a lot of options in Ottawa when it comes to Infiniti but I think the overall purchase experience is very decent.
