Garbage!!! Emergency crew just ripped up everything and anything - and caused damages in the process that werent part of the claim. The regular crew were ill prepared to do their jobs- showing up without the proper equipment and tools, thus waiting several days. If you can avoid this company- do it. Not worth the headaches, the lack of communication, and the unskilled labour workers. And good luck getting any money owed to you from the unnecessary damages the workers caused.

One never knows when a catastrophic event such as flooding may render their home uninhabitable for months. When it does happen, it is upsetting, confusing and overwhelming. While it is certain that one must have a good insurance company, it is the construction firm which shows up that will get you through it. Wisnia Inc, Bill Cuglietta, Marc Joly and Antonio Polito were outstanding from day one. Not only do they have the expertise and experience to oversee all aspects of cleaning up and reconstructionthey have excellent communication and people skills. Bill, who owns the firm is very personable and very accessible to clients. He really listens. Marc and Antonio are the same and their attention to detail ensures that it all comes (back) together. Additionally, your concern is their concern. They have the ability to understand the moments when the client is still processing the damage, the process and their own emotions. They will get you through it and with kindness. All aspects of the clean up and reconstruction are done to an excellent standard. They ensure that you have a sound understanding of the process and timelines. Additionally, they and all of their trades are utterly professional and trustworthy. We would very highly recommend this firm, Bill, his employees and their trades.
