Since Covid I feel like customer service has been terrible everywhere but I was so happy to come to La Vie and actually be treated politely and have an easy and helpful experience while I did a return and shopped around. I really do appreciate service like this and expressed it to the assistant manager.

For ladies wear socks underwear pajamas lingerie this is the place to go! Almost always some sort of sale as well

got a weird vibe from staff here, just all standing at the cash. when i went to pay i made small talk.. only to hear the staff member comment on it being a weird conversation as i was walking away yeah cause the vibe is off, makes for awkward situations...the side eyes from momager was weird too.

Have rarely had a retail experience like this. The workers barely acknowledged my friend and I and gave us attitude when we asked about sales Once we got to checkout, the girl checking us out didnt speak 1 even one word. I also work retail so i am very nice to retail workers as I know the struggle. But this coldness was just downright unwarranted.. we wont be shopping at this location again. I just couldnt believe I didnt even get a goodbye. Not cool :/ **the store had only a few shoppers and multiple workers not appearing to be busy and we couldnt get help with anything. Meanwhile, we go to Garage/dynamite down the road and while its mildly busy, the workers were treating us amazing!!
