Terrible service. I called a few times to schedule a service for my BMW and they keep telling they will call me back to give me the date. They never called , I called one more time and finally I got my the date for the service. Well, I called to confirmed one day before and they don't have me in their system and the attitude of the employe was not an all of someone willing to give. good service after all the messing up.

Always a good experience shopping here. Jason and Bryan are amazing. They always put smiles on peoples faces. 10/10 recommend coming here. Al the other staff are great as well. They care about their customers. Kevin, Terry and Jackson are always there to greet you, and help you find exactly what youre looking for. Bunch of great lads that work here. Thanks you guys for the continuous great customer support. everyone is also very knowledgeable about motorcycles, and know all sorts of stuff about the community to help with all your needs.all though the finance team is very slow and flip floppy very hard to get through financing

Not a very helpful customers service. Specially device department. Part department is a bit better service. They have a nice selection of good bikes though. And thats the only reason that I gave them 3 star.

Came to pick up bike after being told it was ready, but the work had actually not been completed on the bike. Had to make another appointment. Clearly the service staff are not communicating well with the technicians. Very much a waste of everyone's time.
