Ever since we have decided to sell our house we started browsing around for help and the most we have heard was Agent DK and their team. I was a bit skeptical given their fame making me shy in reaching out. DK was very welcoming and comforting from the beginning. Even before our 1 on 1 to understand the scenario, I was briefed by the team on what to expect, was provided a detailed plan of action. I really like the way Agent DK and their team is thorough and approachable making the experience seamless and easy. They were there at every step of it helping us in understanding the process and making sure we do things the right way. Selling home is very stressful but working with them made it effortless from understanding the market, picking the right price to getting the house sold. Deciding to sell our house took a lot of thinking and stess, but once we've decided this team was behind us helping us not regret our decision to sell by delivering the sale in just 4 days of listing and the expected value it deserved. For anyone who is either selling (or) buying the house, do not look elsewhere other than Agent DK and their wonderful team.

We had an incredible experience with DK and the whole team. The process was simple and everything was explained along the way. The marketing of our home was extremely professional and we had multiple offers after only being on the market for 5 days. You can tell that the agency takes great pride in what they do. We were referred to DK for the sale of our home, and after our first conversation with him we felt we had known him for years. He immediately brought upon a feeling of comfort and trust, as we had a very unique situation, and right from the beginning not only did his expertise shine but he made sure that he and his team were there every step of the way. He was always reachable and quick to set aside time to speak with us - in fact his whole teams responsiveness just blew us away. Throughout the entire process he was incredibly supportive, honest and positive, and we really appreciated his straight up approach. Big shout out to Silvi who also brought a tremendous amount of support from the office. DK truly went above and beyond and we cannot imagine ever working with another agent going forward.
