We can not say enough great things about Lisa and her practice. We were on a nine-month waiting list for a provincially funded speech therapy program, and did not want to wait that long for our son. Lisa was able to book us within a matter of a week of the initial phone call, and had flexible scheduling to accommodate us with our two-hour drive into Ottawa. We are a bilingual family, and Lisa was able to easily flip between the two languages when required. She explained her therapy techniques before and throughout the appointments, welcomed both parents to attend and take part in learning appropriate techniques, and was always professional and on time! We are starting the provincially funded program shortly, however Lisa made it clear that our son is welcomed back if the new program is not meeting our sons needs. We have been bringing our daughter to see Lisa for a little while now and have already seen lots of improvements in her speech. Lisa is thorough, kind and has a very welcoming environment. Our daughter always seems to be having lots of fun and we are so glad to be seeing progress. We would definitely recommend Lisa to our family & friends and we are so happy we have found her!

Stunned to read a negative review about Lisa. Lisa has been nothing but above and beyond excellent. We have been using her service for nearly 2 years and can't even comprehend what we could say as negative feedback. Our son has improved so much since he started seeing Lisa. She was even going out of her way to make house calls before she set up her current office. She is prepared and very detailed with a structure that is fun for the child. She has been tracking progress and fills us in on exactly what she is doing and why. I don't question anything that she has done, cause what she does is gets rewarding results. If your child is in need of speech therapy I can't recommend Zanon Speech Therapy enough. You won't be disappointed.
