        My household engaged Susan Kent for our taxes last year. It went smoothly and we recommended Susan to friends, who also recommended her to their friends. There are many great reviews here from previous years. This year was unfortunately the opposite. We found Susan impossible to work with. And, started hearing from friends, and friends of friends, that they were also having poor experiences with Susan. Ultimately six people (so far) in our circle have taken their business elsewhere.

We were applying for some tax credits and without Sue's help in pushing this file through CRA we would have been lost and would have never got the outcome we wanted.
