    Was told at the last moment that if my junk goes to the landfill there will be additional charges but a receipt from the landfill will be send to my email as proof. Month and a half after the junk removal my credit card was charged again without any receipt from the landfill. On October 02 2018 I asked for a receipt via email as I was instructed but nothing so far. If I do not receive it by mid October 10 2018 I will call my credit card company to report unauthorized charge. UPDATE: Do not count on receiving proof of charges from this company. They take extra money from your credit card without authorization and cannot provide a receipt. Reported them to the proper authorities and will be getting my money back. Bad business

    I've been trying to contact them for 2 weeks after I got charged for a landfill more than 2 months after the removal. Never got an e-mail or any call back, never got the receipt from the landfill. Got charged for more than 2 ton for a quart of a truck of laminates and vinyl. It's crazy that a company could be so unprofessional. Don't believe the paid reviews that you see below, these guys have terrible work ethic and act behind the costumers back to make an extra buck. (at least is the only explanation for not sending the invoice) Look for another service. Run from these hacks. EDIT: I've never said the order was under my name, it was under my wife's name. But the credit card that made your payment is under my name. Also, I never had the option to pre pay. I've finally managed to contact someone in your offices a few minutes ago, she was extremely nice and the first nice person to answer the phone. She told me that she would try to get the invoice as soon as possible. I'll gladly change the review and evaluation as soon as I get this paper, the shady part is staying in a radio silence for 10 days, or being treated poorly by associates that don't know how to answer the phone. Oh, and I left a voice message with my name and number.

    Called and asked for a quote, they were able to schedule without issue, the Ottawa squad guys that showed up were fantastic, they were quick, efficient and professional, Highly recommend if you need junk removed

    They picked up our construction debris pretty quickly, but we only heard about the landfill charges after they had already loaded the truck. The site doesn't clearly indicate these charges, which seems pretty shady to me. Now these charges came up on my credit card and is way too much for the amount they picked up. I've been trying to get a landfill receipt for a week now, their Customer Service has no information, asked me to send an email, they don't reply, have been calling over and over whithout response. Will never use it again!! Edit: The landfill disposal charges are mentioned in the fine print of the website, which is not clear enough, and were not mentioned to us untill the truck was loaded. But that is not the main issue. They responded my review in 1 day, but still havent provided an answer to my email, sent on 07/24 (over a week ago), when I asked for the landfill disposal receipt. All I wanted was to make sure the charges are correct, but I haven't received the answer yet. Have talked to their customer service 3 times already and nothing was resolved.

Look for another service. Run from these hacks.
