We recently went through this firm to complete our wills and POAs. It was a great experience! Daniel was personable, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. We also went through this firm a few years ago for purchasing a house and had a very similar experience - super helpful and friendly. We will be coming to them first for any future needs.

We have recently had the pleasure of working with Daniel Clarke, regarding the purchasing and selling of our properties. We cannot express how pleased we were with the service we received from Daniel and his office team, Sydney and Donna. They were welcoming, professional, and Daniel took the time to answer all our questions, making us feel comfortable, knowledgeable, and confident about the legal side of buying and selling. My 82 year old mom lost her husband of 61 years in January and the lawyers they use to have would not help her with simple stuff she needed in a timely manner, so I suggested we call Tim Lowes, he helped me when I bought my house and made up a will for myself after my divorce. So I called the office and between Sydney and Tim they have helped her get the information she needed by getting the old paperwork from the old lawyer they had it done and new exactly what mom needed and we had it sooner then when the old lawyers said they could get it done. So then mom asked if they could help her with the selling of her house and to update her POA well all I can say is the team is very courteous they know there stuff in all types of fields, they did not mind answer lots of questions. They are a great team at Lowes, Salmon, Gadbois & Clarke in New Hamburg Thank you from Mom and myself (Cindy) we truly appreciate everything you helped us with it helped us get through a very rough time smoothly.

We recently worked with Tim Lowes and Daniel Clarke on the purchase of our first rental property. We had a lot of specific questions as we are very new to this and they look the time to address our concerns and make sure we understood all the details before moving forward. We worked with them on previous home purchases as well and they have always been great to work with!
