I was travelling from Perth to visit Western University with my daughter when I experienced car trouble and pulled into the lot as a total stranger. I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff at the service department who fit me in as quickly as possible to diagnose the problem. I was still going to be late for my daughters tour and we were both upset.I was outside when Cam Roseborough noticed how upset I was and inquired as to why.within minutes he had arranged a car so that we could make our meeting. I cant thank the staff and Cam enough! I dont even want to describe it as good customer service as it was more than that..it was such an act of generosity and compassion. Mr.Bear if you read this, you should be so proud of both Cam and the counter staff (Im sorry I couldnt remember all your names) and know that you employ some great human beings!

I went in to look around and ended up purchasing a 2023 Equinox. Robert was gem to work with. He was very patient and really listened to me when it came to my budget. I didn't feel pressured or like I was just another customer. The follow up phone call from him a week after I picked up the Equinox was much appreciated, it was nice to get an actual call and not an email or text. Thanks again Robert, Tyrone and Carlo for a very pleasant experience.

So... I just bought a camaro tonight... still screaming with excitement. Thank you so much Taylor, you are absolutely fabulous! I don't think I would be this excited for the car if someone else had sold it to me, you are an absolute rock star and it felt like talking to a friend and not a sales person. Your excitement and stories made me that much more excited for this purchase. Carlo, i didn't forget about you, thank you so much for the laughs, i never thought that buying a car would be so much fun but working with you two just made everything so stress free and exciting. I am grateful you guys stayed late to get everything lined up and finalized! Can't wait to see you Saturday and I apologize in advance for the screaming and jumping i will be doing in your parking lot, ya, it's gonna happen!

Great buying experience from this dealer. Taylor was great to deal with in the purchase of my new to me truck. The finance guy Carlos was also very helpful. John Bear has a great team that was very helpful, I would highly recommend them.
