This is the worst system to try and get appointment on the internet. Can't believe with all the money you make you can not do better than this. It is bad enough you let someone steel our personal info. but now continue to use this terrible system. Why don't you test it to make sure it works before sending it out.

Heres the review for the blood portion, it stands for the business as a whole: Nothing makes you feel welcome like a condescending laugh when you decide not to wait as a walk in, over 100 minutes (told this was estimated wait time) and are greeted with the laugh and I dont even know who you are and then a sigh as they hand you your paperwork.

This is absolutely the worst place, I came in as a walk in ready to wait the time I needed. I was putting a mask on and the lady was so darn rude as she was watching and saying I need requisition now, I had to tell her to give me a minute as if I have 15 arms.. jeez use to love coming here as everyone was so nice but not anymore Ill drive the 20-25 mins to a different location so I dont ever have to come here again. Life labs needs to hire people who actually like to work and are nice to people coming in!!

I went in spontaneously. They were rather rude and seemed preoccupied with whatever else they had to do rather than pay attention to the customer in front of them. I did get in and out very quickly though which was nice.
