I happened to stop at the front desk to ask if it was possible to pay for breakfast as I was not residing in the hotel. One particular staff member at the front desk showed a deplorable and insolent attitude by not giving me clear information. This incompetent person was clearly disinterested in even answering my queries and proceeded to silently insult my presence by attempting to ignore me. People with such attitudes do not deserve to work in front-end customer service roles.
