CanCam CNC Machines

I've purchased a few items through CanCam. I ordered an Oneida dust collector a few years ago (mini gorilla), as well as 4 or 5 high end Amana router bits "here and there" over the same time period. Shortly after I bought my dust collector, a switch went bad. Simon was on it fast, and had me up and running in a few days with a replacement from Oneida free of charge. A few years later, I noticed a crack in the dust collector body, and again, Simon came to the rescue and replaced the entire molded cone of the unit (again, free of charge). Sometimes bad things happen. The difference between an excellent company and a poor one is how they react when something goes wrong. I couldn't have asked for better after sales service. I'll continue to buy from CanCam, confident in their excellent customer service.

We have been a long-time client of CanCam and own a C2-48ATC CNC router and Mira 9 laser. These machines have been an integral part of our business. When my school board suggested we buy lasers for some of our schools, there was no other choice than the Mira from Aeon/CanCam. Unlike the other schools, ours is older and has challenges when moving larger pieces of equipment due to its layout. CanCam really got us out of a bind. Tom and Pete offered to come move the machine into the classroom where it was to be installed, all while accommodating a time that wouldnt interfere with student traffic in the halls. This is a true testament to their over-the-top customer service. They assess the needs of their customers and do what they can help them out, or in our case getting us out of unforeseen predicament. Thank you once again for all your assistance and quality machines.

I recently bought an Aeon Mira 9 from CanCam and the experience was seamless. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. 10/10!

I just wanted you and the folks at CanCam to know how happy I am with the D-23 minitron I purchased. Your website doesn't do it justice at all as I am surprised at the features not mentioned. Auto tool setter...Nice! Closed loop steppers..Bravo! Clamps..Sweet! Manual oiler..Rocks! And that Masso controller just rocks it! I came from a Lead 1515 as my first purchase a couple of years ago. Way over touted and pretty flimsy for anything but the lightest cuts. It works pretty good as a laser head now, not a Cnc for anything practical. Wow, what a different beast my new one is! The Masso controller is the icing on the cake! Excellent machine at a very good price point. Includes tons of extras that others charge extra for, dust shoe, stand, etc... This is a must buy! The team at Cancam are awesome to work with and helped me through the whole process.
