I had a refrigerator problem, and they were able to send a tech to my home in Oshawa the same day. Technician was communicative and explained that the issue was because of a faulty thermostat and had the part with him to repair it on the spot. Great and quick service! Service: Refrigerator repair

        Such a relief I found an appliance company that values customer service and shows professionalism. The lady on the phone was polite and accommodating as I had an emergency fridge breakdown before a weekend gathering. Jacob the technician diagnosed the problem quickly and managed to save my fridge on the spot a few hours after I called in! Thanks a lot! Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair
