I recently bought my second pair of hearing aids here, now under new ownership and my experience was very positive. The testing was professionally done and the results carefully explained. I knew what hearing aids I wanted and my choice was affirmed. Options were discussed and expert advice was given. Ear molds were made and the process was easy and comfortable. My new hearing aids arrived in just a few days and were competently fitted. They work wonderfully! As an added bonus, the warranty was extended by a full year and batteries are being supplied for the same time period. This is great! Even more amazing, my old hearing aids were sent in to the manufacturer by Upper Canada Hearing to be checked out. They were serviced and $500. worth of repairs done, all at no cost to me. Now I have backup hearing aids, all thanks to the staff requesting that this be done. Im more than happy, Im delighted ! So this is why I gave a full 5 star rating. Don Downer Thornhill, Ontario
