This has been the most appalling experience possible. I was told that if I sed Smart Start my license suspension would be reduced. I was told I had to take the Back On Track program first and was enrolled in the WRONG program although I was not told it was the wrong program until I PAID and finished the program. That required taking a second correct program with the same fee.a Then I got my ignition breathalyzer installed which has also been an absolute nightmare. If it is cold outside it doesn't work properly and your vehicle won't start. I was on vacation in July and didn't use my vehicle for the week. As a result the system drained my battery dead. A tow truck had to be called and a new battery was required I have NOT ONCE had a drink before attempting to start my vehicle with the Smart Start installed. According to Smart Start I have had THREE violations. Each time it is a 75.00 fee to get the Start Code also entails a day off work and the resulting loss of wages. I would not advise anyone to take advantage of this program as it is NOT an advantage. I will have had the same length of suspension due to ALL THOSE violations which only Smart Start can diagnose and charge the extra fees. This is a scam and a rip off don't waste your time amd money.
