Custom Audio and Video

I came to these guys with a slightly out of the ordinary request back in November. I have been converting a van onto an RV. I had done most of the electrical myself but did not have the tools or gauge wire to hook up the larger components like batteries, inverter/charger, solar charge controller and DC-DC charger. So I asked if they could hook this up for me. I bought all the breakers before hand and supplied them with the manuals of the components and a rough schematic. They managed to do it all in one day and it looks fantastic. We have been using the van for almost 5 months now and everything works perfectly. Thanks again for helping me out.

This company works with smart start canada yet wont answer any questions about reports being sent to smart start or why we/they did not received them yet I receive a invoice of payment via email. Last time I will ever go here. Plus they tell me Im not welcome and need to contact smart start canada. Which I did and they tell me to find out why I never received my report. Very ignorant customer service I must add from the guy with blue glasses. He could have looked into why the reports were not sent to myself or smart start. Wish I recorded his tone he had with me and the ignorance response.

The car starter remote that was installed 5 years stopped working. Headed back to Custom Audio and Video to have it diagnosed. After a quick look Chris had the remote fob replaced and I was out the door in 20 minutes. Absolutely fantastic customer service and friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone interested in car starters or stereos.
