Performance Car Credit

Ive been trying to get a hold of them to pay off my remaining loan balance and they have been completely ignoring my emails. They also havent been reporting my ON TIME payments to the credit bureaus in over 5 months.

Would give 0 stars if possible! Spoke with these guys last Monday or Tuesday to finance a car. Told them it must be done by Friday as the financed car was my way to work the next Monday. I gave them all the documents they requested within an hour, while they ignored phone calls, emails, and text messages all week. Then I got a call from the car dealership on Friday saying the financing papers would not be done until Monday. I finally got a hold of this company on Friday (the day I stressed I needed everything done) and they just said it can't be done until Monday. PCC promised to send the papers to sign on Saturday so I could pick up the vehicle first thing Monday morning. I received my paperwork at 12:18 Monday afternoon. Due to the abysmal customer service practices of PCC I lost a half day of work amd ultimately found the financing somewhere else. Do not waste your time with these clowns.
