We were beyond impressed with The Jill Renshaw Teams' professional manner and knowledge of the York Region and GTA Real Estate Market. With two little girls and one on the way we knew it was time for s bigger space. We were not just "handed off" Jill herself was prominent throughout the whole process as our main agent. To say we are pleased would be a total understatement we are amazed at the service that Jill and her team provided in facilitating the sale of our Newmarket home and the purchase of a new one In Aurora. Jill's suggestions for staging were appropriate and thoughtful; the photography and all promotional materials were very appealing. Jill was "dogged" with the negotiations. our home sold for way over market value and our purchase was a great deal as well. Because of Jill's knowledge we now also own 2 homes, one we live in and one that is an investment property. We had never "invested" before and were a bit nervous to be landlords. We thought an investment property was out of our reach but Jill was right every step of the way and now someday when we sell that income property the profit will send our children to University. Everyone on her team is so knowledgeable and her Assistant/Client Care Coordinator was second to none. He provided us feedback from all showings promptly and was never too busy if we had a question. Jill has surrounded herself with the best in the business and we highly recommend her to anyone thinking of buying, selling or investing.

Jill Renshaw helped Gary & I sell our house in Newmarket and buy our Bungaloft in Uxbridge. I met Jill after I lost my home in a fire. Jill has supported me in inumberable ways over the past few years. I have referred friends to Jill and when I'm ready to downsize, she'll be my first call.
