I read the reviews after a referral from my practitioner so I went in with an air of caution...but still would not recommend this clinic. I was prescribed medication that I could NOT take due to other medications I am on (which I had listed prior to seeing the Dr. and he clearly did not read...) and after he left the office, I saw he had Twitter open on his computer. I thought maybe he was making records for me as a new patient, but no. Not professional, will not go back.

Absolutely abysmal customer service from this doctors team. Secretaries always think they can talk to customers any way they like, hence the already terrible reviews.

I have never been to this place and not been treated rudely. I have watched the receptionists treat others rudely as well. The clinic refused treatment to me over a paperwork issue. I wish I could be referred to some other dermatologist, at this point I'd drive to another province for one.

This is NOT a 1 star review it is a zero. Rececption is incredibly rude and condescending. Does not listen amd then accuses you of not listening. Definitely needs customer sevice training. Save yourself the aggrevation and go elsewhere. Sadly, never made it to see the Dr Siddha so this is no reflection of his expertise.

I googled the location of the office, so I headed to 205 Davis Dr. W. They told me to bring a mask when I booked the appointment. I called the office to confirm the address and was left on hold for over 5 minutes. They picked up the phone just as I was passing their building, only to find that the address is 679 Davis Dr. W, Suite 205 so I doubled back again. I was late and in the process of rushing to get there , I forgot my mask in my car. I have asthma that's triggered by cold. I came into their wheezing and I asked for a mask at the desk. I would have paid for a mask gladly but even after they were told I was having breathing trouble, the receptionist told me that I would have to go downstairs Lifelab or the pharmacy to get one. The pharmacy was closed and Lifelab wouldn't give me a mask unless I was a client, but I explained my situation, they gave me one. Thanks Lifelab! I made my way back to their office and I met a woman who was also told they have no masks as well. She had her appointment just before I did. She saw what happened and asked the doctor why they have no masks. The doctor told her that they do have masks, so she came out to receptionist and tore a strip off of them because of the way I was treated. (Thank you!) It turned into a screaming match despite the fact that the doctor had masks on site. The doctors response when I informed them of my situation and how I was treated was a poor apology from the Doctor. I felt like I was blown off. If I could give them a zero rating I would. What a complete joke. I won't be back.
