Dr Ng is very very knowledgeable and kind. If you are suffering from any arthritis type of condition this doctor is as smart as they come. I live in Toronto and would absolutely not trust anyone else. I have been seeing him for years and it is always a pleasure. Thank you Dr Ng!

They really have no regard for patient wait times when appointments are booked and set no expectation for wait times when you arrive. There are patients who also have other time obligations aside from an appointment here. Quite poor. Unfortunate that offices like these have an outward disrespect of patients time as well.

Dr. Ng is a very kind, caring and attentive Doctor who has been looking after my Arthritis for almost 10 years. Ten years ago, when I was walking my dog, my knees were so bad that I was limping, and Dr. Ng helped me to piece my life back together instead of living in agony all the time. Even after I sold my house in Newmarket two years ago and move to Etobicoke, I still have my daughter drives me there as I cannot find any Rheumatologist who is as nice and yet humble as Dr. Ng. His great personality and commitment to his patients surpass any other doctors I have ever come across, and his staff is friendly and also very accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Ng to anybody if I know they are suffering from Arthritis pain like me.

I saw Dr Ng for more than 10 years from 2009, dealing with Fybromyalgia since 1989, inflammation in the whole body then as well as Osteoarthritis and Arthritis in many areas, he was always able to give great advice, I told him when I first met him that I was going to a private therapeutic pool (heated at 91-94) in town to help myself gain strength & feel better, I had done a 6 month at the hospital back in 1992, he told me he'd never met anyone that pro-active, I was in rough shape not able to use my hands, lift my arms, get dressed or cook without agonizing daily, he tried a few medications with me, best therapy was the warm pool, I was Grateful working with him and his staff, always pleasant and very caring!! I miss seeing him since I moved to Quebec.... Thank you Dr Ng!
