Bolts Plus Newmarket

Not impressed with their customer services. Went there to get 2 different sizes of Hex Socket Head Capscrews and washers. Even went to the point of creating a list from their website to provide, so part numbers were all there. They didn't need to do any part lookups - only 26 fasteners/washers total. Presented the list and the guy asked me if I could come back and pick them up later and what is phone number to call me. Yup, there was 4 people waiting to be served by 2 people behind the counter (2 already being served and 2 waiting). My order would have taken a few minutes to fill. I guess that was too long and too much trouble. Again not impressed - left and went else where and won't be going back any time soon.

Poor Customer Service ! Stood there for 10-15 minutes while the staff gabbed about all kinds of stuff. It seems serving customers is a low priority! I went to Princess Auto and got the hardware I needed in a fraction of the time and likely a lot less. Im sure glad I do not own this business because the staff are not doing the owners any favours Ill tell you.

Middle aged guy working the counter seems to have an attitude problem. Maybe he shouldnt be customer facing.
