When renovating a century home you have to accept that nothing is straight or level. The installers removed the ceramic floor and took the time to level and prepare the subfloor and did an amazing job on the install. I am very pleased with the job from start to finish. we have a beautiful floor at the agreed upon price with an impeccable install. I couldn't be happier thanks Ben and Ivan and Floors direct !

So thankful to have the help of Jeannie at Floors Direct North, picking out flooring for my mothers house as well as my house, she was so knowledgeable on all types of flooring. Shoutout to Ben who came to both houses to provide quotes. Also a huge thank you to our wonderful installer Steve! He installed a beautiful clik vinyl at my mom's house in one day and then the following week came and did my house with a glued down vinyl. Both jobs look fantastic! We have used Floors Direct North twice now. They provide a great product at an affordable price. They gave us just want we asked for and make recommendations where we could save money and did not try to endlessly upsell us. I highly recommend them!
