Terrible customer service and after sales /warranty support. I agree with the other reviewer that said: design is gorgeous, but quality is awful. Buyer beware!!! We bought a red sofa back in May 2020 that started to color bleed on our clothing, and everywhere since day 1 . Our clothes were red, even our phone charger from Apple turned red. When I came and complained, they DOWNPLAYED the problem. I asked for the sofa to be replaced, and that was not honored. They kept saying that this is nothing that ever happens, and they have never seen anything like this before. They eventually came in with soap and hot water and some buckets from my house and wiped the sofa. They stayed for almost a full day wiping and getting red color out. The situation was improved, but I continued to notice that its there. I did mention that again to them but again, the issue was downplayed, and I was told: if you ever face an issue, we will be there for you. Well, I had a paint job in my house 2 months ago and we had to put our white leather sofa on top of the red one for few days while we painted: look at the pictures: is this normal?? I contacted their customer service again, and after TONS of back and forth, and I was told I was out of the 2 year warranty (where was that warranty when I asked for that Sofa to be replaced?). They also said that it is normal for a red (and a blue) color to bleed, like how it is normal for a pair of Jeans to bleed they are comparing a sofa costing thousand or dollars (almost 10k) that bleeds by sitting on it, to a pair of jeans that bleeds when you wash it with hot water.. As you can see, they lied about the fact that they have never seen anything like this prior, but then tell me over email that its normal for red and blue sofas to bleed. Did you inform the customer before buying that this sofa or this color that we sell will bleed? This is a manufacturing defect that has been escalated since day one. I find it hard to understand why would not just pack their sofa, send it to the manufacturer, and ask for a properly manufactured, non bleeding sofa instead. Bad, bad quality be cautious!

They don't even deserve the 1 star. I bought a red sofa, and my husband and I were very disappointed to see that the sofa bleeds red on everything. I put some off white cushions and throw blankets, and they turned red. All our clothes turned red, and I had to throw everything. My husband contacted them many times to replace the sofa, and instead they sent people to remove the extra red, and they said that if it happens again, contact us. The sofa kept bleeding red on everything till it completely ruined my white leather sofa. We contacted them again, and they refused to do anything for us. Be careful and do not be tempted by the looks, they quality is very bad for the price you pay. The foam inside our sofa started to get very soft in areas where we sit when we told them about it, they said that is normal. I have seen sofas with 20+ years of usage where the foam will not get that soft so much for their quality Do not fall for the design and forget about quality!!
