Avery was our salesman. He was very knowledgeable, and personable. He sold us an in stock recliner and loveseat. They are both lovely and we are very pleased with the quality. I would highly recommend Avery, and the Chesterfield shop, however they lost a point due to their delivery coordinators. There is no feedback from them until the evening before whether your delivery is arriving. If it is not they don't call to tell you, thus messing up weekend plans because you think there is a delivery coming that was promised on that date. It took 5 weeks for what was an in stock item to be received, even then it was in 2 separate deliverys. We always had to take the initiative to call them to get any information on the delivery. This is where they need vast improvement. The actual delivery guys though were great and patient . I recommend keeping on top of the delivery coordinators if you are expecting a delivery.

Avery Matlow made our experience actually enjoyable. We were able to wander around and really take our time making a decision about what we really wanted. Avery was readily available to expertly answer all our questions and to give suggestions for personalizing our choices. As organized by Avery, a delivery representative came to our home the next day to measure our entrance to ensure the furniture would fit through the door and our old furniture could be taken out. Now we are looking forward to the delivery of our new sofa and chair. Thank you Avery.
