Went to showroom looking for solution to broken passage lever set. Person at reception desk was very knowledgeable and helpful. Product I purchased was high quality and a very good price. And, the new lever set fit perfectly without any extra door modifications.

Amazing service. Placed an order online. Got a call the next day to make sure everything was as I requested before shipping. Order showed up in relatively timely manner, about a week to a rural alberta address. Packaging was top notch. The box is very thick cardboard taped up properly. The hardware I ordered is exactly as was described on the website and in original manufacturers packaging. Overall I'm very pleased with the order and service, and will be using them again when the need arises. P.s. also got a nice handwritten thank you from Peter, which was a nice friendly gesture.

What a pleasure to deal with Peter. His honesty and knowledge about door hardware was so refreshing and their prices easily out price the Big box stores with better quality. Nice to be able to support a local business and find such a gem in Newmarket.
