Dr. Genevieve Chang

I am recommending this doctor and her staff. Dr. Chang is professional, dedicated, conscientious, thoughtful, skilled and extremely knowledgeable. A really special individual. She has a high pressure vocation and she handles it with efficiency and grace. She took the time to listen, explain the process and procedure in a clear concise manner, and I felt like I was part of the team rather than just a warm body that needed to be fixed. I consider myself lucky to have received excellent health care when I really needed it most.

Went in for a colposcopyall I can say is that I agree with all the bad reviews. A terrible experience from beginning to end.

The receptionist at this office is rude and has no moral values. Not only she talks rude but her behaviour is completely unacceptable. Not sure how she still has the job even after so bad review and with bad people experience. Worst receptionist Ive even seen and faced. I wish we had option to change the clinic; however due to very less options we have to stick to this clinic.

Wow! The receptionist is unbelievable rude! I waited six months for my appointment, which I might add was changed twice during the wait. I get to the office for my appointment only to be talked down to & treated like dirt! This woman should not be allowed to work In health care!!! So ignorant Im still in shock. By the reviews it is clear to see the Doctor could care less how her patients are being treated or they would have fired this receptionist.
