Dr Mulera himself is wonderful. It's the Admin staff that I'm having an issue with. At times I've been met with rudeness, but now I'm calling to get an appointment so my son can get his ADHD medication, which runs out in 24 days. I'm being told that the doctor no longer does phone call appointments (someone should have reached out to tell patients) and that I have until the 28th over the holidays to bring him in for a "physical" in hopes that he can get a prescription before his meds run out, otherwise I am waiting until March for an appointment? Is this not neglect? To top it off, it's not great driving conditions. It doesn't help that getting an appointment with Dr's period these days is a career in itself.
