Dr. William Andrade

My experience with Dr. Andrade and his staff has been amazing. His staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. relaxed and are extremely supportive. This level of care continued on my day of surgery and through the after care. Dr. Andrade has been wonderful to me through the whole process. He is very professional, informative, kind and detail oriented. I felt comfortable right away from the first time I spoke to him. You can see that he really cares. His surgical team was amazing. There is not a bad thing I can say about Dr Andrade and his team. The entire process has been seamless and fantastic. What a wonderful doctor and amazing staff!!

Dr. Andrade is a highly skilled surgeon and true professional. Any concerns I had were washed away with his knowledgable guidance and great bedside manner. I needed a revision surgery and my original surgeon refused. Dr. Andrade made me feel like my concerns mattered and helped me when I didnt know what to do. His team of nurses are so kind and caring and reception was always a pleasure to speak to. I would recommend him and his team to anyone that asked. Thank you for everything!

A few years ago I went to Dr. Andrade to have a mole on my face removed. After visiting 2 dermatologist (in the past), each advising me it was a cosmetic procedure and would not be covered by OHIP. I decided to go to a plastic surgeon to get it removed. Dr. Andrade took a look at the mole and thought it looked odd. He suggested doing a biopsy to make sure it wasn't cancer. He was the only Dr to even suggest it could be cancer. Turns out it was. He removed it, and the scar is almost invisible. He did a great job, and I'm thankful for his opinion and the extra time he took to evaluate me, which was what caught the skin cancer.

From my first call until my last appointment for breast augmentation the most clear thing is that this office is thorough, careful and highly specialized. Every person in the office that I worked with was attentive to me, answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to take excellent care of me.
