I had enjoyed my time with Veronica. However, anyone that is using insurance that only cover a Registered Psychotherapist note that she is not Registered with the CPSO of Registered Psychotherapist. So your insurance will not pay. It's always good to make sure what your insurance covers when it comes to therapy because it varies.

Ive been staring at this white box for 10 minutes trying to conjure the words that can express how truly unique Joeys massage therapy is. In a sea of qualified practitioners he stands out as being the single best therapist Ive ever seen. He has given me a hope for a pain free future that I thought was impossible. If you suffer from pain and dont believe in message therapy, do yourself and your future a favour by visiting him. The mental and physical relief I found after years of ineffective treatment is worth every second of time I dedicate to his gifted service. Thank you Joey!

I have been attending psychotherapy sessions since January of 2023 and Helai Alikouzeh is absolutely amazing and has helped me to positively change my life around! I was struggling with my anxiety and depression, thinking I was trapped in life my whole outlook on life has been redirected to become the best version of me that I can! Thank you for everything Helai, you are awesome ! I also have been seeing their massage therapist Joey Joey is also absolutely amazing and I have had nerve and muscle pain for over 10 years,I have had to go for nerve blocks until these past few months. He has helped me to manage my pain without having to go get my needles so for that I definitely recommend Positive Mind Wellness to anyone and especially Helai and Joey!

I have been attending psychotherapy sessions since October 2021 and I cannot say enough about my wonderful therapist Helai Alikouzeh. She has been the constant in my life that I didn't know I needed. I've struggled with my mental health for years and finally getting into therapy was a big and scary step. She's helped me gain necessary perspective and insight into myself. Healing and self improvement can be a lifelong process, but the progress we've made has had an incredible positive impact on my life, big picture and the day to day. The voice in my head has gone from being largely negative and unhelpful to sounding suspiciously similar to Helai. :) For anyone looking for mental health services, I strongly recommend Positive Mind Wellness and Helai.
