Does anyone ever pick up the phone here? It's impossible to get a hold of anyone to try and speak with my doctor.

I like Dr. Funmi. But all the comments about the phone never being answered is true. You leave a message and it never gets answered until a week later. It's very frustrating

Been twice, terrible service twice. Will never go again or ever recommend to anyone. I would give less than zero stars if I could. Had an appointment time scheduled for a nurse at 11 and the Pediatrician at 12. We booked the appointment in person a week in advance, and confirmed both appointments by email as instructed. Arrived for the appointment today and was told the pediatric doctor wont see us because she doesnt really do ADHD or Autism. What does that mean, doesnt really ? Either you do or you dont and if for some ridiculous reason you DONT treat two of the major childhood issues then you should have told us that when we booked the appointment to see her and had to tell you WHY we were coming. So we waited to see the nurse for our 11 an appointment and at 12 we STILL had not been seen. Chased a toddler around a hot, stuffy waiting room for an hour and lost a days pay from work for nothing. Asked receptionist politely when we would be seen, she couldnt even find us in the system and when she eventually did she said I dont know when you will be seen, I can send the nurse a message. The nurse is AN HOUR late for our appointment !! So we left unseen and VERY disappointed. Terrible experience AGAIN. Will never go back and never ever recommend to anyone I know.

Had a appointment at 5:30. Was seen at 6:45 with a toddler with a 101 fever. The Dr did not look at his ears or throat. The Dr just wanted to chastise me that that his expired one month ago and I was using over the counter eye drops. Dr. Motaghi is one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a Drs office. I would NEVER use this clinic again. Update*** The owner(one of the doctors) called me to say he was sorry on how this all when down. He said please try again and take the review down because he is trying to build the business. We went back today with an appointment set. The Pediatrics doctor refuse to see us because she does NOT do ADHD and Autism. So, we were asked to wait for a referral from a nurse at 11. At 12 we had to leave because the toddler had enough. This is defiantly the worst clinic I have seen. Zero stars*
