Unhygienic baked good with bees and flies over which was ignored by the staff upon informing they werent surprised I waited 7 minutes for coffee watching the bee sampling all baked sweet free food.

Argumentative when confronted with mistake, did not follow the "make it right motto" always have issues when going to this location.

I'm so done with this location. Just went through to place an order, and the woman working, her accent was so heavy that I couldn't understand what she was saying. And after asking her the third time to repeat herself, she started talking to another co worker in Punjabi or whatever it was. This location continues to get worse and worse. The owner of this tim hortons obviously doesn't care whom represents his business.

I went through the drive thru to get one coffee,was on my was to work called in three times no answer, so I pulled up to the window no one there , honked my horn twice, then one employee finally shows up , I told her about the drive thru speaker, she tries to argue with me, I told her I'm not lying, I asked does anyone work her. I get my coffee and leave. So tonight , I go in with my own mug( a friend made for me), She didn't know what to charge me , then she charged for an xl coffee, the mug came back was not full, I asked for a full mug , the employee says I charged you an xl coffee, , but it is not full, I charged you an xl ( she is arguing with me,) so in her own language she calls a manager, she takes my mug and puts her hand doesn't say anything at first , then says the lid, hand me back the coffee , no apologies, no sorry, nothing. How are they allowed to treat paying customers this way, so I called Head Office, right away
