Above and Beyond! Worked with a few people there and Jeff the manager looked after my needs for the landscaping I did. The rental was on time, worked perfectly, was clean and picked up on time. The process was great! Would use them again anytime.

Stephenson's Rental Services of Niagara Falls is a top notch equipment rental company and one of the best that I have ever dealt with. Their staff is very helpful and accommodating and experts in their field of of heavy and light equipment and tools. I cannot speak highly enough of the Territory Sales Consultant - Sam Middleton-Stannov and her enthusiasm to help our cause. - She even came to our location to check it out and lend a hand with some heavy manual labour for couple hours! I help to run a registered non-profit BMX Park and race track that emphasizes family values and inclusion with a "Nobody sits on the bench" mindset to many families in the Niagara Region. HUGE THANK-YOU FROM OUR MEMBERSHIP!!!
