Len was amazing. We are purchasing an old home, over 120 years when originally built. This was our first home purchase so naturally we were a bit nervous. Len was so thorough in his inspection that we felt absolutely confident going through with the purchase. The detail, information and ability to explain clearly was outstanding. Len was absolutely amazing. His experience and knowledge gave us complete piece of mind when purchasing our first home. He is professional, competent and willing to go the extra mile. Our inspection report was extremely thorough and informative and provided 360 photos of each room in our home. Len also provided tips and tricks on how to maintain our home and we received email reminders in the spring about typical issues to watch for with thawing etc. FPPI also has a recall system which automatically cross references the appliances in our home with recalls and notifies us if theres a match. We had questions after moving in and Len was happy to provide us with information and advice and he even came out to our home when we had a small leak and offered suggestions on how to repair it on our own. We would highly recommend Len and Future Proof Property Inspections to family and friends in need of a home inspector.
