Steve was incredible to work with. He knows the mortgage process extremely well, and I had complete confidence and trust in him. If I've learned anything from any 1 star reviews on this page, it is that those people were likely the issue, not Steve. Mortgage brokers do not have their own interests in mind, as they are only paid once the mortgage funds go through. I hope that Steve won't be retired, the next time I am in need of a mortgage. HIghly recommend and will refer to family and friends.

If I could give a zero I would. Hes a very unintelligent person who is only after his own gain. Made numerous promises to us that fell flat. As a broker you are supposed to shop around for the best deal for your clients, but he only contacted one bank for us and got us a terrible rate. We ended up going to a different bank for a way better rate. I would not recommend any first time home buyers to go with him.
