Kimbel was amazing !!! My husband called me and told me that the bathtub was full of dirty water and before I even got home from work, Kimbel was already on it. It was not an easy fix and not very early in the day but he showed up, fixed it and put us at ease super quickly. He is so nice and explains everything in a way a non-plumber like myself can understand. He even gave us some tips and tricks on to prevent the issue from happening again. My parents purchased a gas stove and they didnt have a gas line already installed. Kimbel ran a new gas line to the stoves location and did the final install on the stove as well. He was on time and cleaned up after himself like a professional. I would recommend him to anyone.
