We had the pleasure of dealing with John when we purchased a house in November 2022. He was the selling agent and he made us feel so comfortable that we did not bother to find an agent. John was very professional and was able to bring a deal together quickly that satisfied both his client and us. We were so impressed by Johns real-estate knowledge, that we signed on with him to sell the house we had in Welland. He went right to work getting the house on the market and arranged-multiple showings/open I houses in a market that had somewhat cooled off from months prior. John was diligent about and found a buyer that, after some negotiations, agreed on a purchase price. With all of this said, I highly recommend John as an agent, to anyone buying or selling a home. Honestly, I felt like I made John see half of the Niagara region before I found the right house. He was always smiling and genuinely happy to be there. John is willing to go the extra mile. Great communication throughout the entire process. He coined the phrase I have a guy for that but truly has an excellent team of people to make purchasing a home as smooth as possible. Whether its his business partner or home inspector truly an incredible team that gets you in a home thats right for you.
