Rob both sold my house and helped me buy my next one. When I sold my house in Niagara Rob was quick and efficient with the process and made it as least painful as possible. He was honest with his thoughts and experience which helped us get much more than we would have expected for the house! When I was ready to buy 5 months later, I had to have Rob be my agent but it was a big ask as the house was not in the Niagara Region. Rob helped me purchase my home with the same honesty and openness he had with selling. This made the process so easy and I was able to get an amazing deal on my new home. Overall Rob gets things done with as little hassle as possible. This was much appreciated and Id recommend him to anyone!
