Dispatch staff female member was very rude to me today after I rightly reported a white cube or rectangle van blocking the fast lane for ages overtaking no one, eventually was honked to move out of the way. On passing I noted they were both texting on phones none were even looking at the road! Another driver tailgated me in a grey Toyota sedan, but OPP female dispatch staff member didn't let you speak, talked over you interrupted wasting time instead of helping the problem, instead of listening then had the rude cheek to say that to you, so I pointed out her bad manners how it's NOT okay to talk down to me as she did either nor be so condescending or rude.. OPP ensure who you hire has good communication skills and good manners and isn't intimidating and rude to people calling in bad drivers, otherwise should they even be working in that job, no. Are we going to help and report bad drivers, no. What's the point? She wasn't doing her job anyway as she wasn't interested in the Toyota sedan bad driver too, I won't bother in future as what's the point. Get cameras up everywhere like we do in the UK and bother catching them yourselves in future instead. I'm not interested in the other had driver were her words, so quite useless then in that case.
