I had George Ledwon as my instructor. Ive had lesson at other places but his teaching was absolutely phenomenal. He is the most fun but also knowledgeable instructor. If I could give him ten starts I would.

I've been getting certified for first aid AED and CPR for 10yrs here. The courses are very in depth and I always leave feeling confident that I can put the knowledge I've gained to use. If you're looking for first aid training I recommend this business.

A big thank you to Melissa the receptionist at the Niagara Falls branch who answered so many of my questions (soooooo many) prior to my recertification course. She was knowledgeable and professional, and really took her time explaining things. Another big thank you to Breanna the instructor today. I am newly disabled and had a lot of doubts of my abilities, but she had a no pressure approach. I took my time and felt included and part of the group. She was very knowledgable and I appreciated her going over different techniques for those people who are disabled and other as there is no cookie cutter scenario. These ladies are both an invaluable asset to the organization! Thank you St. John's, see you in 3 years for my recert!
