A friend of mine told me about Loyal T and I was looking forward to giving them a try. My family and I needed a ride from St. Catherines to Welland today. I booked via the app twice and both bookings were cancelled. I tried calling and there was no answer. I called a taxi instead who came right away. While my experience was terrible, its clear that the company isnt all bad. I just caution you to have a plan B in the event something like this happens.

One of the lady driver over charged as I was not aware of the flat rate on their website , after realizing she overcharged me , was told to get matter resolved on Facebook business page via messenger, but guess what , business owner says she made error in receipt , and she is driver who undercharges and not the other way around ! So smart never pay cash ! Theres no proof ! Still there is no proof as theres no actual receipt that says your ride cost flat rate plus tip , it will just show you total dollar value you paid under your orders in App . Theres no way to tell what exact amount was , unless they as business could see . Just was not happy with the conduct ! Was not asking for any refund but matter of ethics why lie and cheat this not how you make money ! Hope karma serves you at your best !
