Green Gables Cottage

Fabulous stay. The place was immaculate. 3 bedrooms with queens,, 1 with 2 singles. Great host. If you prefer a small or down pillow, bring your own. Or maybe ask; I didn't.

Well it was our 29th visit for the NOTL Christmas Parade(we missed 2 due to covid) and this was a new airbnb experience for us. We always rented the Angel Inn Cottage( it was converted to an office bldg during covid so it was no longer available. This new spot did not disappoint! The house was spacious, and had 4 BEDROOMs. I snagged the queen upstairs and had to take a photo of the mattress type as it was amazingly comfortable and I enjoyed all my sleeps. The main bedroom is on the first floor and opposite 4 piece bathroom, that also houses a full size washer and dryer. There is a good size kitchen with all the amenities and a nice size living room, gas or electric fireplace and wall mounted TV. There is a full size bedroom and washroom in the basement as well. The place is comfortably decorated and is about 6 blocks from the main street. We decided on dinner at the Pillar and Post which is almost next door. They offer an ice rink for free skating, outdoor firepits and options for adult drinks. A real magical place to enjoy. We were just so happy to be back and our accommodations just added to our joyfilled weekend and new memories in our Green Gables Cottage.
