We were traveling in Canada, a long way from home, and discovered a slow leak in a tire. We drove our Subaru into Brennen hoping we could fill our tire. Instead we got a warm welcome, an offer of coffee, a speedy repair, and a fair price. We were back on our way in no time. I can't say enough about the kind and efficient folks at Brennen!

We broke down in Nipigon and had to get towed to this ford. They were so welcoming and all the staff was very friendly. They took good care of us and ran an engine diagnostic when our check engine light kept coming on. They discovered the problem and were honest about not being able to get the part we need for a while. They recommended a diesel mechanic in Thunder Bay that would probably be able to get the part faster. We mostly spoke with Jamie and Ryan and they were both extremely helpful and accommodating.

Absolutely fantastic service! All of the staff are wonderful and extremely accommodating. They brought the vehicle to Thunder Bay for me to test drive so that I didnt have to drive out to Nipigon. I felt like a valued customer and will gladly get my vehicle serviced here throughout my ownership. Customer for life!
