        This has been the worst experience with an airline ever. They cancelled my flight then refused to reschedule it. Instead, they told me to discuss with the booking agent. They informed me it was their responsibility. After a frustrating process, Bearskin Airlines claimed to reschedule my flight. I arrive, I'm informed no such flight was booked and am told I should have gone through the travel agency, despite being told they did in fact book it. It resulted in me paying $700~ for a last minute plane ticket along with my luggage. This is the worst experience with an airline I have ever had and am very relieved this will be the last time I ever deal with them. They did bring me my book back, though. That's the only redeeming part of this experience, however.
