Near North Hearing Centre

3 times of screwing up and cancelations by near north hearing... my daughter keeps getting migraines and has been rescheduled with this place too many times with absolutely no help or even the slightest care for what my daugters going through..

My son has been waiting to get looked at, I've been seeing the reviews and it seems that this has been the same situation for many parents. Rescheduled appointments on a continued bases for young children. How many times does one person get covid in one year. Not to mention when appointments are rescheduled it's between 1 to 2 hrs with a notice. Your effecting many children's lives and I will be sending a let to the MP in regards to this. You should be investigated.

I have been with Near North Hearing Centre for at least 15 years and I have been so pleased. Carri is an amazing, caring and professional audiologist. I have brought both of my children to her and I refer students and families readily for hearing services with the clinic. I think COVID has caused many unprecedented challenges and I know I have cancelled several times when I havent been able to attend appointments. They have always been kind, compassionate and understanding with rebooking. I think we should extend the same courtesy and patience. They are awesome; thank you for many years of dedicated service to the community.

Waited months for an appointment for my son to see a child audiologist, totally understand the wait time. I got a call 2 hours before his appointment time Ive had written down since the office called to schedule it, telling me his appointment was cancelled due to the audiologist having Covid (I get it, no biggie) however, never received a call that his appointment time was changed. Was told his appointment would be rescheduled when the audiologist was back in, but I never heard anything. Over a week later (on Thursday) I received another call stating his appointment was cancelled again for the same reason (again, I understand illness) but I was never even informed he had an appointment booked for this past Thursday, again told they would call to reschedule. Just received a text this morning that his appointment for TODAY has to be cancelled due to illness.. would have at least been nice to have been notified on when he had an appointment scheduled for
