I went in with reference photos of the color I wanted and definitely left happy!! My stylist Mackenzie did a fantastic job I absolutely love my hair! Highly recommend!

I have recently been a client. The student I have currently is EXCELLENT!!! However the atmosphere is not very professional and is noisy. The students when not busy are in the areas where clients are trying to receive services and relax. I believe that if a school is trying to impart professionalism it's not working.

I went in for a little cut, 2-3 inches, instead she took 12 inches of my hair, didn't bother to tell me until another student pointed it out, the teacher had no interest in teaching the student and got annoyed with her for asking for help, plus the student had to leave the room completely to find the teacher, and she didnt go over the haircut before i left. I asked for layers and my hair is choppy. I went in with hair almost to my belly button and left with hair above my nipple. AND after everything that was cut its still not even. One side has no layers while the other is cut in chunks. I've gone here for years but this traumatic experience of loosing a foot of hair after asking for 3 inches, I will never go back, and will be very very weary of any future hair cut experiences.
