I have been with this business for the past two years. The first year was fine except for the fact that when my brand new credit card didnt work with the square application on their phone they continued to ask me if I had paid my credit card bills? Excuse me?? I am young but I have never been late on a payment in my life and how dare you question and ASK if I have paid my bills! That is NOT their business and was completely unprofessional to say. To say I was unimpressed is an understatement. But, I put that behind me and continued to file my 2020 taxes with them regardless. I was unpleasantly surprised to receive a letter from the CRA saying they were reviewing my taxes because something was incorrect. They put in WRONG information from my 2019 income tax year into my 2020 income tax year! I have no idea why it was put there as it was completely incorrect. Now I have received another letter that I owe over $400 because of the incorrect information that was inputted. Very unimpressed. Very unprofessional and ageist. I will not be using them next year.
